poorstudent You asking for help, via community, for another person, based on something heard is kinda weird. Are you running asupport group? This should be a direct support request by that user.
Check Metamask, click into the browser extension and open it up. Most likely there are pending transactions that need to be confirmed/canceled. Log out of Metamask and log back in. Refresh the app page. Then login/logout of the app if needed too.
