Cannot close positions

I can't close my currents operations. I don't know why. But when I tried to do it know, tell me that the data doesn't exist. Anyone knows why's that?

Really sorry about that everybody, we had an unexpected outage. The cause has been isolated and fixed this morning to not happen again.
