I'm having the same issue where I can't upload the video. I get "Something went wrong - undefined" every attempt and I've had more than 20 attempts in total. Is there somewhere I can record the video and send it to for it to be manually verified?

I had numerous tries with biometric verification before i was finally able to get it work. Try directing as much of light on your face as you can when taking picture.

There is also the possibility to get verified by letting Fractal ID have a video call with you, if i remember right, that's what i actually had to do in order to get verified because i wasn't able to get biometric verification to work in the end.
