Futurechain Spreads vary depending on how volatile that market is. It's around 0.3% for ZCash right now.

And you're absolutely right, leverage increase the spread. When you move the leverage slider you can see market price going up - that's spread being multiplied by leverage. Without spread you would just be minting money on each trade, we have to represent the reality of the underlying market. But always open to feedback!
