I am not able to collect my tokens. When the confirmation screen is displayed I enter the password but it always returns to the fortmatic login screen and does not complete the transaction. How to proceed?
blckchainpower Hmm it's showing you managed to claim your tokens, is that correct? Recommendation would be to go to Settings -> Logout. Then log in again. We made some changes to login for security that might have been clashing.
