As to your issue, we need more details to help diagnose this problem, so I suggest you write an e-mail to support@morpher.com and specify your browser details, and provide a few more screenshots.
I suggest you logout and log back in again, as a first step. Also, please make sure that your Metamask wallet includes the Morpher chain_id in the RPC network.
