Some users could not collect their withdrawals yesterday because of a bug. Since this was a transaction on Ethereum, it required spending ETH and therefore some users lost ETH paid in gas. To be clear these fees did not go to us , they went to Ethereum miners for processing the transaction. Nothing has changed, you are still on the "collection" step of withdrawing MPH to Ethereum. Once withdrawals are enabled again, you will be able to click Collect to finish the withdrawal. When will withdrawals be fixed? Withdrawals are being worked on, we have identified the problem and are implementing a fix. I'll post an update on that later.

You can check your MPH balance on mainchain Ethereum here: https://etherscan.io/token/0x6369c3DadfC00054A42BA8B2c09c48131dd4Aa38#readContract . Looks like you have 2,315 MPH you can swap on Uniswap.

denis Hi, first of all thanks for the help, i've checked it and my eth wallet is on the list but if i go to my balance in Morpher it continues saying 0.0179 eth, and this is what i have yesterday after spending the rest on the comissions. Maybe the eth hasnt arrived yet because the amount of the transactions. I'll tell you!

JavierMoreno You can also click your wallet on the list and see if transaction finished. What does your it say your Ethereum balance is on Etherscan? Our ETH balance check can lag sometimes in app.
