Some users could not collect their withdrawals yesterday because of a bug. Since this was a transaction on Ethereum, it required spending ETH and therefore some users lost ETH paid in gas.
To be clear these fees did not go to us, they went to Ethereum miners for processing the transaction.
For your troubles we have sent you ETH directly to the wallets where you lost some ETH during withdrawal.
Here is a public list of everyone we sent the 0.015 ETH to: https://etherscan.io/tx/0x7ad98a5379d5a86cd7ef27bc065f50aee7b6bd0e0521f518b97372e23dea64e9
Who is being reimbursed?
Anyone that sent a collect withdrawal transaction and had it rejected. This is publicly trackable on the Ethereum blockchain: https://etherscan.io/txs?a=0xc44628734a9432a3daa302e11afbdfa8361424a5&f=1
How much are we getting?
0.015 ETH
That's about 2 transactions with regular gas settings or ~$5 USD.
What if I spent more?
I know some of you tried the transaction 10+ times, however only 0.015 ETH is being provided.
What's happening to my withdrawal?
Nothing has changed, you are still on the "collection" step of withdrawing MPH to Ethereum. Once withdrawals are enabled again, you will be able to click Collect to finish the withdrawal.
When will withdrawals be fixed?
Withdrawals are being worked on, we have identified the problem and are implementing a fix. I'll post an update on that later.
