boredo i was fucked like this earlier, they said they have no responsibility about my liquidation.
They are acting like they will not take responsibility for leverage traders while traders face any error happens (eg.their server error issues happen, and like my problem)
The start of my problem is i was long Tesla with 10x leverage and then i did exported my private key on connecting Fortmatic wallet and i really do not know that will cause error my morpher account.And then i cannot sign in anymore and the error shows "Airdrop already claimed". I have no chance to manage my trade with leverage and i also miss even the peak of Tesla price and big profit bcoz i cannot sign in long for 2 weeks. I asked and contacted the support team on the early day the error start happening.The support team replied to me they are finding solution for my problem how to recover my account back.And then i waited long for many days but they cannot give no reply and no solution for my problem although i contacted them many times to help and solve. 2 weeks later and when i was liquidated, they answered on my reply and gave solution for my problem.
