bestfriend1991 That's not good, as the Fortmatic User Terms of Service say:
Please note, if you choose to export your private key to your Wallet, you will be unable to use that Wallet in connection with Fortmatic’s Services and you will not be able to access that Wallet using an account created with Fortmatic.
Once Fortmatic has provided you access to your Private Key File:
- You will no longer have access to the Virtual Currency of the exported Wallet or private key through Fortmatic.
- You will not be able to re-import your Private Key File to your Fortmatic account.
- A new Wallet or new private key will be generated for your Fortmatic account, so you may still use your Fortmatic account if you would like to use the Services again.
It seems that exporting your private key has caused your Fortmatic account to create a new wallet with a new private key and since this new wallet no longer matches the one you used to redeem your Airdrop, the described error occurs.
