Unfortunately, we have a lot of people experiencing this issue. We are working on a solution that will make identifying what happened a lot easier for the end-user.
If you find yourself facing this issue here is what it means:
You have logged out and attempted to log in using a different wallet. Your tokens are in your wallet, that you created at sign-up, either MetaMask or Fortmatic. When you signed up you indicated an e-mail to use with the wallet, that is the e-mail you should be using.
I have PMed mikstay a possible fix, and if it works then I'll share it here so that other people experiencing the issues can try it.
As for now, we have a list of users already affected by this issue, and we will contact them with a solution.
