Here are the possible statuses:
- Started: Signed up but did not complete KYC.
- Verifying: Signed up and finished KYC, waiting on our manual review.
- Complete: All done and counted towards your referral bonuses.
- Error: Failed KYC, probably did not meet one of the eligibility requirements.

You can tell your friends with status "Started" they just need to finish KYC. "Verifying" will most likely move to "Completed", it's just waiting on us to finish manual review.
